101 Bartender
- Description:
Fills drink orders (liquor, beer, wine, and soft drinks) for servers and waits on guests. Occasionally waits on guests ordering food. Rings up sales on a cash register. Follows State laws governing the sale of alcoholic beverages. Responsible for keeping bar well stocked and clean at all times. This position requires bartenders to do accurate inventories on a daily basis. - Qualifications:

- Description:

- Description:

- Description:
Prepares salads, desserts, and specialty items according to prescribed recipes. Prepares garnishes and other items for use by cooking personnel. Operates large kitchen equipment in a proper and safe manner. Maintains a clean and orderly work area at all times to include all kitchen equipment. Learns menu items, portions, recipes, and accompaniments and present food items in an attractive manner. Some positions require preparing large quantity food trays for various catering functions and presenting them in an attractive manner. - Description:
Fills beverage orders for servers and waits on guests in the two saloon areas within the park. Also waits on guests ordering sandwiches and snack items. Responsible for ringing up sales on a cash register. Follows laws governing the sale of alcoholic beverages (beer and wine coolers are the only alcohol served). Responsible for keeping the work area clean and orderly throughout the day and clean-up duties at the end of the operating day.This is a tipped position.

110 Food Supervision
- Description:
Oversees the daily operation of a unit or an area of units. Responsible for supervising numerous employees. May assist in routine ordering from the Cedar Point warehouse. Also works positions in the assigned location or area as needed. - Qualifications:

900 Auditor
- Description:
Conducts audits on food location registers and register tapes checking for discrepancies. On occasion will do actual location cash counts. Responsible for accurate reports on findings. Also will make location and employee observations and buying tests. Performs audits on restaurant guest checks, minor employee breaks, reviews invoices & inventory controls.Staff Auditors are involved in planning, performing, and reporting on financial and operational audits at the park, under the direction of the Internal Audit Manager. The position offers the chance to acquire a great deal of audit, accounting, and business experience, while working in a fun and professional atmosphere. You?ll benefit from exposure to all levels of company management and to the daily operations of our company. Assignments include mid-year audit analysis for our ?Big 4? external public accountants, testing the controls of various park operating cycles (Revenue, Cash, Accounting and Computer Systems, Payroll, Purchasing & Expenditures, Inventory, etc.), Sarbanes/Oxley testing, auditing cash registers at park locations, plus other projects. - Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instruction. Honesty and reliability a must. Experience working with figures, cash registers, and adding machines required. Flexibility to work various hours and assist in other positions as business warrants. Accounting background preferred.No audit experience is necessary, as training and guidance will be provided during the internship. Staff auditors must be highly motivated and able to work professionally with and without supervision. Excellent communication skills are necessary, as you?ll interact with top management on a regular basis and write reports for all audit work performed. Auditors must be willing to work approximately 48 hours per week, with one or two weekdays off and varying daily work schedules. Professional attire is necessary. Due to the various locations of audit sites in the park, auditors walk a great deal throughout the park each day. Candidates should be Accounting or Finance majors, have a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 and have completed a basic accounting course before internship begins. - Description:
Assists in the development and/or implementation of company/departmental training programs for seasonal employees. May be responsible for facilitating training classes, training location employees. Duties may also include data entry and general filing. - Qualifications:

908 Office Clerk/Data Entry
- Description:
Responsibilities include handling guest complaints, cashing checks, measuring children and issuing ride admission policy forms. General office duties, such as typing and filing are also part of this position. Also responsible for maintaining proper communications such as answering telephones, paging, and monitoring weather and ride downtimes. Maintains proper office policies and procedures in a business-like manner, answers telephones and takes concise messages. Responsible for key entry on IBM computer, and record keeping. May works directly with the public. Must be willing to be flexible with work schedule. - Qualifications:

- Description:
Responsible for accurately receiving, storing, and distributing stock to all vending locations. Follows safe driving procedures when using company vehicle. Required to unload delivery trucks. Perform miscellaneous warehouse functions such as counting inventory and cleaning location. - Qualifications:

- Description:
Delivers products to locations throughout the park. Unloads delivery trucks and places food, beverages, paper supplies, etc. in proper storage areas. Follows safe driving procedures while using company vehicles. Performs miscellaneous jobs relating to Warehouse operation, such as cleaning of location and vehicles. Hours vary. - Qualifications:
Able to work shifts as early as 6:00 a.m. or as late as 2:00 a.m. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Ability to handle heavy lifting and carrying (approx. 75 lbs.), pushing 2-wheel and 4-wheel carts containing heavy loads (over 100 lbs.). Must be able to withstand below zero degree temperatures for long periods of time when working in the freezers while wearing provided protective clothing. Must maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times. Honesty, reliability, and common sense a must. Experience preferred. Tow motor operator's license preferred.
